My hair is dry, frizzy, thick and colour treated. I have used this with long, short, coloured, virgin hair through the years and it has never failed to tame my unruly poofy hair. I only need to use very little to detangle and smoothen my locks so this product while pricey lasted me a very long time. It works for me and I’d recommend it if you have similar hair qualities and challenges.Does the job

This is a deeply hydrating conditioner, I did find for my hair that while it provided moisture it didn't help as much with breakage and split ends, so I would recommend using a strengthening treatment if you have colour treated hair. But like all Aveda products smells amazing.amazing conditioner

This conditioner I leave in for around 2 mins and I love the results. My hair feels so soft and it feels more resistant to breakage. It’s also quick to rinse out.So nourishing
