verified purchaserI tend to use this in the mornings as I use a prescription retinol at night. It removes all those pesky dry flakes of skin that can accrue from using a retinol.. Gentle enough to use every day. Would be better if the brush was slightly bigger. Apart from that , it’s a very effective light way to buff your skin.
Cleanse then facial brush then toner and all other products..I like it

I'm used to dry brushing for the body but those are much too rough for the face. I got the Aveda facial dry brush to fix that. It's much smaller than I anticipated and oval in shape vs round - but it gets the job done. Is it worth the price? Absolutely not for its size. You can find something more affordable elsewhere that does the same thing.Good for the lymph glands, touch too pricey though.
I became interested in dry facial brushing after reading Alexandra Soveral's book "Perfect Skin". I didn't agree with everything the author said, but I did agree that a touch of daily, gentle dry facial brushing may be of use to exercise facial muscles and stimulate the lymph glands.

I adore this brush for exfoliating dead skin cells and leaving behind a glowing complexion. I can't live without this brush in winter.
