When it comes to trying to fall asleep, I'll take all the help I can get. The Slumber oil blend comes heavy on the standard lavender but also has a different underlying scent to take it away from the usual "sleep" scents. I use this in an oil diffuser and find it pleasant to use in the bedroom.smells calming

I find falling asleep very hard but using Black Chicken I have fallen asleep very easily . I use it in a humidifier prior to bed and let it run whilst sleeping. I'm up to my 2nd 9ml bottle and wish that they sold a larger bottle to save money.
