Not sure this lipbalm is overly plumping- I couldn't see much of that effect. However, it was nice to use and left my lips soft and hydrated.excellent product

I love this lip balm. I have so many at home and have tried so many, but this one is my favourite. It makes my lips feel well moisturised and smooth. Although it doesn't stay on your lips long after you apply it, it definitely hydrates and softens them for a good few hours.
