Shop Ella Baché

In Paris, 1936, Madame Baché, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist, founded a simple skin philosophy based on the belief that "no two skins are alike".  She began to make handmade formulations based on extracts from tomato, fruit, algae, and other ingredients still featured in Ella Baché’s formulations today.

The story of Ella Baché became a uniquely Australian one when Ella’s cousin, Edith Hallas, brought her products to Australia in 1954. Since then the company has backed up Ella Baché’s skin philosophy with Australian based research to create innovative formulas designed for an Australian climate.

Ella Baché’s skincare range remains popular across retail stores and the shelves of skin clinicians, making it one of the longest-loved skincare brands of all time!

How to apply our top Ella Baché tanning products:

Nothing beats an Ella Baché spray tan, but if you can’t make it out to one of their Salons, we know how you can create a flawless, golden tan at home.

For a long lasting tan, try applying the Ella Baché Great Tan Mousse with the Ella Baché Great Tanning Mitt. Shake well before use and allow to develop for 1-4 hours, blending in circular motions and use sparingly on your hands, ankles and elbows.

For an express tan, try the Ella Baché Great Tan Without Sun, which will add a sunkissed glow to your skin in under 2 hours. This pH balanced, water resistant formula naturally adjusts to your skin tone, so it blends in seamlessly when you apply to dry skin and massage in circular motions.

Gentle yet effective exfoliant

I use this exfoliant once a week to keep dry flaky skin at bay. I use retinols most nights but take a break to incorporate this gentle physical exfoliant. It smells like oatmeal and leaves my skin super smooth to the touch. You can leave it on like a mask or just massage it around for a minute or two before rinsing clean. For me it just depends how much time I have, both ways a effective. My skin ...
