Not my first choice
I’ve used this shampoo once a week for a few months now and I’m pretty underwhelmed. Firstly the smell is very off putting, it smells like a cheap perfume which is not want you want your hair to smell of. I can't recommend this at all.
I wash my hair every 4-5 days and use a styling balm and gel oil. I used this for a normal wash and found it useless. The blurb on the bottle implies that it's a deep clean, not to be used to often and will reset your hair. It doesn't.
