1. Shampoo: Gently work a small amount into wet hair massaging from scalp to ends. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

2. Conditioner: Apply directly following PREVENT Shampoo. Gently massage from mid-lengths to ends. Rinse.

3. Activator: Shake well before each use. Apply one full dropper from front to back and then side to side. Massage into scalp. For best results use twice daily.
