This is a really nicely textured lip colour. You can use it to tint if you take a small amount and blend it over your lip area or increase the concentration for a bolder colour. It holds well and doesn't smudge easily. It can also add colour to the cheek as well. As I've noted elsewhere I'm not a huge fan of powder blush. This is much better than Becca's Lip Tint. I love the colors especially Dahlia, it is so versatile. I use it as lipstick which is so smudge proof and lasting on lips. I also use it as a blusher.
