If your looking for a cheap but very good liquid eyeliner I would say this is great for that. its water-resistant because I've worn this on rainy days and its long-lasting. Its has a Fine precise tip and also comes with the pythagoras theorem looking lid. which is very helpful for people learning to do eyelinerGood
I struggle with creating wings and this helps with that and stays on all day but it dried in the tube after couple months.So black
I always use liquid eyeliner amd have tried countless ones. This is one of the best.
It's a rich black and applies smoothly and evenly with one swipe.
My eyes are quite watery so most linerd smudge but this holds up really well.

Maybe it's just the product I received, but I found it faulty? The cap would continually spring off at random times — leading to it drying out. Also, the brush tended to 'square' occasionally, decreasing the sharpness. One thing I can't live without is eyeliner and i keep trying new ones until I find the ones I like. This one is pretty good. ITs very black and that little cap with wing shape that helps out a lot. I recommend for people who are trying out eyelier for the first time.Template
