It may create a slightly fuller look when used under mascara but this is not dramatic enough to justify the expense. A bit dry but it works
I received a sample version of this in a gift with purchase and have found the formula quite dry (possibly because it's a smaller amount?) but applying it before my mascara gave my mascara more longevity. It made my lashes quite thick as well. I also found i had to curl my lashes less as I think it lifts them a litte.Makes lashes look thicker
