I have never really used a toner before however starting using this after a cosmelan peel. I use morning and night after cleansing and prior to putting on further products. It is like it gives skin a final clean prior to using any moisturisers. It is not harsh or drying on skin and it is now a go to as part of my everyday routine.LOVE
