It makes for a delicious tasting hot chocolate - I recommend using a milk frother for best results. It also provides me a great afternoon pick-me-up.Acquired taste but gives a nice boost!
So there's no getting around it, every adaptogen I've tried seems to have an earthy or nearly bitter taste, and at first I wasn't sure how I felt but I adapted (ha) pretty quickly.
