Pure silicone
I love a silicon-y textured moisturiser and I'm a big fan of NIOD, but this is a step too far for me! It is an insanely silicon-heavy moisturiser and I only got through a couple of applications from the - rather impractically-designed - jar before I decided I didn't like my skin feeling like it was trapped behind a latex mask. Not for me.So good!

This product feels like rubbing silicone all over my face. It doesn't hydrate my skin and anything I put over the top of it (makeup, suncare etc) slips around or pills. Especially considering the price, give it a miss.okay

Im 32 and have a combination skin. I have tried some of the NIOD products and loving it. But not sure with this one. It gives a nice feel when you put on your face, but after I finished using one bottle I didn’t see any difference, so I didn’t buy again. It’s an expensive product and didn’t work for me.If you find a better moisturiser, let me know :)
If you have dry skin prone to fine lines- then you found your match. This is a heavy duty, but not heavy feeling moisturiser, which leaves your skin literally velvety and smoothed out. I am half way through my jar and am living this product. It feels so silky when applied and makes my skin feel feel the same. The smell is a little chemical like but I guess that is the active ingredients and no unnecessary fragrance is a good thing. This is a lovely product to use! I put it on last (at night), to seal all my other products in. I'm loving it as the weather gets colder.
It glides on and spreads easily as it warms on the skin. I have to resist rubbing it in too much as this can cause it to pill - but it just feels so good! I look forward to using it!
