This product was really awful. I used it as instructed and it left a waxy residue in my hair for two days, I literally washed my hair 5 times in one night and it was still sticky. I've got hair that is fine so maybe it's amazing for coarse hair but definitely didn't work for me.Great once you know how to use it

This product is amazing of used correctly. I had dry hair that is fine and was snapping off . I used Olaplex which has helped with the hair loss and breakage , so much so that I no longer need extensions . However the Olaplex didn't change the softness, dry texture or frizz . I have fine coloured hair and I use this product sparingly on my ends AFTER I wash it. It protects my hair when I use the straightener and its the ONLY product that keeps my split ends under control. I only need to use it once and generally wash my hair every 3/4 days. I love it.Use sparingly

This is an absolute must-have for me. I pop it in before shampooing and it just creates an amazing result after, by hydrating the hair it makes it feel amazing after washing. I don't use it all the time, just when I feel my hair is a bit dry.Too oily

I received a sample size of this treatment in an Oribe Travel Pack as a gift with purchase. I couldn’t get the product out of my hair after numerous shampoos. I ended up at my hairdressers who did four clarifying shampoo washes before my hair started to feel normal again!Very moisturising
This was great on my bleach blonde hair. I try to leave it in overnight before washing out in the morning. It’s hard to maintain paying this much for an extra product though.Works for me!
I have lots of long, thick, untreated wavy hair. This works brilliantly in my hair. I do need a lot, so it's not economical, but it makes my hair look great for a solid week after use - mostly it adds shine to my hair.Okay, but not for me
I received this as a sample and was excited to try it, however I was a little disappointed. I have quite fine hair ad found this to be too heavy, and made my hair quite greasy/oily. It took quite a few washes to be 'back to normal'.
I think it would be great for those with thicker hair, or if your hair is finer, only use a small amount.So good, worth the $$

This product is incredible!!. have bought so many other products for dry hair and been soooo disappointed. I have bought several shampoos and conditioners from the Oribe range and love the smell and hydrating benefits but the pre shampoo product is something else after using it then washing my hair and conditioning it my hair feels seriously hydrated and so soft.
