How should I use Philip Kingsley Stimulating Scalp Toner?

Philip Kingsley toners are designed to be used on clean hair, after washing and conditioning. Pop out of the shower and gently towel dry your hair, then using either the nozzle on the bottle or a cotton pad if you have short hair, apply the toner to your scalp in 3cm sections. No need to rinse, but you will want to tip your head back a bit so it doesn’t run into your eyes. Can also be used on dry hair.

Using the nozzle provided, or a cotton wool pad, apply our Scalp Toner to your scalp in 1” (3cm) sections, ideally after washing and gently towel-drying your hair.
