I love the redken soft product range and when i learned that they were coming out with a heavy duty mask for those treatments needed every now and then - but i was not impressed with this. the bottle is strange and you squeeze two tubes at once - not the most user friendly. i had the same results by using extra plain soft conditioner rather than spend extra on the mega mask - more like mehhh maskMore work than it should be
