This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser for use on my shoulder length bleached fine hair. I use one pump of product (around the size of a 10c piece) and distribute onto towel dried hair (from mid lengths to ends. If you have oily hair like me, don’t use directly on the roots). I then comb through and it makes my hair smooth and glossy. Added bonus - the scent of the oil is divine!!Bloody brilliant!
