TheBalm products are known for their high pigment but this product isn't the same. It is not as pigmented and it isn't easy to blend.Great day and night colour combination
First of all, love the theme and the design. It might seem to have more shimmers than the matte, but it has a great colour combination. There are enough matte blending shades and a great choice of shimmers for daytime and night look.theBalm Foiled Again Eyeshadow Palette
I love all the colors in the Foiled Again palette, they are vibrant and they stay on for hours and if you use eyeshadow primer I've even had mine last overnight! Definitely recommend :)not pigmented enough

I love the Balm eyeshadows generally, but I concur with the rest of the audience. These shadows just aren't as pigmented as foil eyeshadows should be. They are still nice - but not foil eyeshadows. You can make them shine more if you apply them on top of glitter glue however.really pigmented

This is not my favourite palette from The Balm. The palette lacks pigment and needs to built up quite a bit to achieve a decent eye look.
I would recommend for people who like a very subtle eye look, or for beginners.Hit and Miss
I LOVE The Balm eye shadow palettes but this one, is the worst one I have tried so far. Especially being foiled you would want it very pigmented, these however are not pigmented at all! Can't achieve a look with this palette. I can use them a little on the top or under my eye so it's not an intense look but other than that it is a complete miss
