It's just ok
I think this product is ok. I've been using it for a few weeks but don't feel/see much of a difference so I don't think I'll repurchase. It's not as yummy as the Collagen one and kind of tastes too much like a bad cordial from my childhood. I might try mixing it with the Collagen one as I see some other reviewers have recommended this.

I love the beauty chef! I drink their inner beauty boosts daily and have been doing so for quite some time. As I have only just started using Adaptogen I can't comment on the results. But I can comment on the delicious taste- if you love coke then this is your guilt free beauty boost! I add it in with chilled soda water it is great!!
