Early days yet, but I switched from Nioxin System 4 serum to this - it feels mostly the same as the Nioxin and as far as I can tell, is starting to help with density issues (I've suffered from trich, so this is to help me fill in some patchyness). It's not as sticky feeling as the Nioxin which is great, as that was my only issue with Nioxin. So far, so good!Miracle maker
