This is packed with a lot of vitamins and minerals. I added this to my smoothies to disguise the horrid taste, but fiddling with the powder was messy. Never LOVED the taste (although I actually prefer it to the new lemon flavour). Have been using for several years and if I ever stop for a week or so, I certainly notice a difference. I usually hate the taste of greens powders. I mix a small amount with water to almost make a paste then keep adding water so break down any lumps. I find this the easiest way for me. The size of these pouches are really tiny amounts and at first I was a little disappointed with the amount I received but after trying it - its such a great supplement.
