My review - Hermes Le Jardin de Monsieur Li This has been one of those fragrances that instantly makes me feel fresh, uplifted and confident. It has a beautifully refreshing scent that is noticeable without ever feeling too loud or overpowering. It lasts really well on me too, so I rarely feel the need to reapply it during the day. I've received quite a few compliments while wearing it, particularly about how fresh and pleasant it smells. It has a subtle elegance - people notice the fragrance, but it doesn't enter the room before you do! I actually stopped wearing perfume for almost a year during my pregnancy and early motherhood. Interestingly, even during that time, occasionally just opening the bottle and smelling the fragrance gave me that familiar refreshing, feel-good boost. I've recently started wearing it again, even on days when I'm carrying and spending time with my baby. I simply use it sparingly and away from areas where he has close contact with my skin, and I haven't noticed it bothering him. For me, Le Jardin de Monsieur Li isn't just a beautiful fragrance - it has become associated with feeling fresh, put-together and a little more confident. Definitely one I keep coming back to.
