Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions of the Adore Rewards Loyalty Programme by Adore Beauty Pty Ltd ABN 38 123 655 783 (‘Adore Beauty’) effective as at 21.05.2025

1. Participation and Membership

1.1 Adore Rewards is Adore Beauty’s loyalty program, designed to reward customers based on their eligible spend on the Adore Beauty website and successful referrals of new customers.
1.2 Membership in the Adore Rewards and any associated Rewards are offered at the sole discretion of Adore Beauty and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
1.3 To be eligible to join Adore Rewards, you must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid email address. Individuals under 16 are not permitted to join the program. If you are aged 16 or 17, you must understand how your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
1.4 To register, you will need to provide a valid email address. You may also choose to provide optional details, such as your date of birth, to receive personalised Rewards like birthday offers.
1.5 Membership begins from the date your registration is successfully submitted.
1.6 Adore Beauty is not responsible for emails that are not received due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, or technical issues outside of our control.
1.7 You can register to become a Member online at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/account/login or through the pop-up form on our website. By registering, you agree to the Adore Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Adore Beauty Customer Terms and Conditions at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/terms-conditions.html. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not apply or should cancel your Membership.
1.8 Adore Beauty may decline any application for Membership at its sole discretion.
1.9 Employees of Adore Beauty and individuals who receive discounts or complimentary products for promotional purposes are not eligible to join Adore Rewards.
1.10 Some Rewards require certain personal information to be provided (e.g. birthday Rewards). If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to access those specific Rewards.
1.11 It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. If your information is incorrect or incomplete, we may be unable to contact you, deliver Rewards, or allow access to some program features.

2. Spend

2.1 Members can increase their Spend Balance by making Qualifying Purchases of eligible products on the Adore Beauty website or app or in-store.
2.2 To ensure a purchase counts towards the Spend Balance, the Member must be logged into their Adore Rewards account at the time of purchase. Transactions made via guest checkout may not be automatically linked and may not be counted.
2.3 Cancelled orders and purchases that exceed retail limits, appear to be wholesale in nature, or are intended for resale or commercial purposes will not count toward a Member’s Spend Balance. Adore Beauty may place limits on the quantity of specific items that can be purchased per customer per day.
2.4 Purchases of gift cards will count towards a Member’s Spend Balance. However, when a gift card is redeemed to pay for an order, that redemption amount will not count towards the Spend Balance.
2.5 Spend is calculated using whole dollars only. Amounts of 49 cents or less are rounded down, and amounts of 50 cents or more are rounded up. Shipping costs, taxes, fees, discount codes, and promotional vouchers are excluded from the Spend Balance.
2.6 Items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion will count towards the Spend Balance at the final purchase price (after the discount is applied).
2.7 A Member’s Spend Balance is calculated in the currency of the country in which they registered their Member profile. For example, purchases made by Members registered in Australia are calculated in AUD, and those registered in New Zealand are calculated in NZD.

 

3. Level movement 

3.1 Membership Status Members are assigned to a Status Level based on their Spend Balance, which is the total value of eligible purchases made within a 12-month period. A Member’s Status determines their Level and eligibility for certain benefits.
3.2 Spend Balance Thresholds Status Levels are determined by the following Spend Balance thresholds:
  • Level 1: Spend Balance of $399 or less
  • Level 2: Spend Balance between $400 and $1,499
  • Level 3: Spend Balance of $1,500 or more
3.3 Starting Level for Existing CustomersIf a Member has previously made purchases using the same email address as their Adore Rewards registration, purchases made in the 12 months prior to joining will count toward their initial Spend Balance and starting Level.
3.4 New Members New Members with no prior purchase history will be allocated to Level 1 at the time of joining.
3.5 Annual Review and Level ChangesEach Member’s Spend Balance is reviewed annually on the anniversary of joining the Adore Rewards. If a Member moves to a higher Level, this new Level becomes effective immediately and their review date will reset to the date of that change.
3.7 Reward TermsAny Rewards issued as part of Level movement or maintenance are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of issue. These may include expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, and activation steps.
3.8 Spend Balance UpdatesEligible purchases will generally be reflected in the Member’s Spend Balance within 72 hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or where orders are pending review or refund.

4. Rewards

4.1 The Adore Society operates by attributing different Rewards (as nominated by Adore Beauty from time to time) to Members according to their Status.
4.2 Members can view their Rewards at any time on their Member profile on the Adore Beauty website.
4.3 Adore Beauty will endeavour to notify the Member via email when the Member is entitled to a Reward or the Member moves up or down to a different Status in the Adore Rewards. If a Member unsubscribes from Adore Society emails, their Rewards balance will be viewable online only. 
4.4 At its sole discretion, Adore Beauty may award a Member with a Reward due to the Member’s purchasing behaviour, as a general incentive and/or for the purposes of promotional activities.
4.5 Adore Beauty reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the distribution of Rewards without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion.
4.6 Rewards that are awarded in error or earned fraudulently may be revoked by Adore beauty in its absolute discretion.
4.7 Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes. Rewards do not represent legal tender in any country.
4.8 If a Reward is used as part of a transaction, only the money spent on Products in addition to the Reward will count towards the Members’ Spend Balance. 
4.9 If a Membership is terminated, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
4.10 When a Member returns a purchase for a refund, the net amount of the transaction will be deducted from the Member's Spend Balance.  If a Reward was previously awarded as a result of a purchase returned for a refund, the Reward and/or Spend Balance will be adjusted or reversed. This may result in the Member having a negative Spend Balance.
4.11 If an order is cancelled, Adore Beauty may adjust or reverse Rewards and/or Spend Balance that was previously awarded to a Member in that transaction.  
4.12 A Reward must be used prior to the expiry date stated on the Adore Beauty website or in communications with the Member. The period a Member has to use a Reward will be determined by their Status, as follows:
4.12.1 Level 1 Status: 14 days;
4.12.2 Level 2 Status: 30 days; and
4.12.3 Level 3 Status: 60 days.
4.13 Rewards:
4.13.1 are not transferable; 
4.13.2 are not redeemable for cash, gift voucher or any other form of credit; 
4.13.3 may not be resold or applied to any previously placed orders; and
4.13.4 may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including products on sale, EDLP ("Don't pay..." every day lowest prices), bundles, or clearance.
4.13.5 Rewards will be issued after your order has been shipped. This applies to both Spend & Earn and Second Purchase rewards.
4.14 From time to time, Members may be offered the opportunity to select a complimentary product as part of a promotion or loyalty reward (for example, through the Choose Your Gift campaign). The products available may differ for each Adore Rewards level (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3), and may include deluxe samples, travel-sized products, full-sized products or curated gift sets. Product types, formats, values and brands may vary. Adore Beauty does not guarantee the inclusion of any specific product type or value for any tier. All rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
4.15 Double Rewards campaignFrom time to time, Adore Beauty may run limited-time 'Double Rewards' campaigns where spend on eligible products is doubled when calculating a Member's Spend Balance. These campaigns may be sitewide or limited to specific categories or brands, as set out at the start of each campaign. For example, a $128 spend on eligible products may be treated as $256 for Reward and Status calculations. Ineligible products are excluded. Campaign dates, eligible products and any exclusions will be detailed in the promotional terms. Adore Beauty may amend or withdraw any Double Rewards offer at its discretion and without notice.
 

5. Spend and Earn

5.1 Members of Adore Rewards across all Levels (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3) are eligible to participate in the Spend and Earn program.
5.2 Under this program, Members will receive a $20 Reward Voucher for every $250 spent on eligible purchases ('Qualifying Spend') from the date of the Adore Rewards program launch.
5.3 Qualifying Spend is calculated cumulatively. For example:
  • Reaching $250 spend on an account will result in one $20 Reward
  • A $500 Qualifying Spend in a single transaction will result in one $40 Reward
  • A $750 Qualifying Spend in a single transaction will result in one $60 Reward
  • A $1,000 Qualifying Spend in a single transaction will result in one $80 Reward
5.4 Once a Member reaches the $250 Qualifying Spend threshold (calculated from the date of their first eligible purchase following the launch of the Adore Rewards program), and at each $250 increment thereafter, the corresponding Reward Voucher(s) will be: Sent to the Member via email; Displayed in the Member's ‘My Rewards and Activity’ page on the Adore Beauty website; and Accessible within the ‘Beauty Bank’ section at checkout.
Spend will accumulate and be rewarded at $20 for every $250 spent. Any remaining balance will rollover, up to a maximum of $1500 spent in one day.For example - If you spend $1500+ in one day, you will receive $80 in rewards for the first $1000 and $40 for the next $500. The remaining $100 will not be rolled over towards your next reward.
5.5 Each $20 Reward Voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issue and will expire if not redeemed within that period.
5.6 A website minimum spend of $30 after discount applies when redeeming any Reward Voucher issued under this program.
5.7 Reward Vouchers cannot be used:
·       On sale items;
·       In conjunction with other promotional offers, discount codes or vouchers (unless explicitly permitted); or
·       To purchase gift cards or other excluded items as determined by Adore Beauty from time to time.
5.8 If a Member does not make a purchase for a continuous period of 18 months, their accumulated Qualifying Spend will reset to zero.
5.9 Adore Beauty may, in its discretion, exclude certain products or categories from the Spend and Earn program and may update these exclusions from time to time without notice.
5.10 All other Rewards terms and redemption rules apply as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5.11 Any spend on gift card purchases is excluded from Spend & Earn. Only the value of physical products purchased (excluding gift cards) will count towards your Spend & Earn balance.
5.12 If you return an item, the spend amount will be deducted from your spend balance.
5.13 Rewards will be issued after your order has been shipped.

6. Choose Your Gift

6.1 Members of Adore Rewards are eligible to participate in the 'Choose Your Gift' campaign, held four times each calendar year.
6.2 During each campaign, eligible Members may select one gift ('Reward Gift') from a curated list of options.
6.3 Reward Gift options will vary depending on the Member's Status level, with higher levels receiving access to higher-value or more exclusive gifts.
6.4 Each Member may claim one Reward Gift per campaign, up to a maximum of four gifts per 12-month period.
6.5 Reward Gifts are subject to availability on a 'first come, first served' basis. If a selected gift is no longer available, the Member must choose from remaining available gifts (if any).
6.6 To claim a Reward Gift, the Member must make a qualifying purchase during the campaign period and meet the applicable minimum spend requirement stated on the campaign promotion.
6.7 Adore Beauty reserves the right to change or withdraw available gifts, modify campaign timing, or update eligibility conditions at any time without notice.
6.8 From time to time, Members may be offered the opportunity to select a complimentary product as part of a promotion or loyalty reward (for example, through the Choose Your Gift campaign). The products available may differ for each Adore Rewards level (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3), and may include deluxe samples, travel-sized products, full-sized products or curated gift sets. Product types, formats, values and brands may vary. Adore Beauty does not guarantee the inclusion of any specific product type or value for any tier. 7. New Customer Reward

7.1 New members who have not shopped with Adore Beauty or signed up previously to Adore Rewards (before 25.06.2026) will be issued a 15% off reward upon signing up to Adore Rewards, which will be governed by the terms in force at the time of issue. Conditions apply to that 15% reward:a, reward is issued to the Member's account before completion of first purchaseb, reward is redeemable on the Member's immediate purchase following this i.e. used on Member's first purchase with Adore Beautyc, cannot be used on sale items; cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes or vouchers unless explicitly permitted by Adore Beauty;d, is not transferrable, redeemable for cash or credit, or valid for purchasing gift cards, ande, is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time
7.2 Previous New Customer offer was switched on between 08.04.2026 and 19.04.26: New members who have not shopped with Adore Beauty or signed up previously to Adore Rewards (before 08.04.2026) will be issued a $20 reward upon signing up to Adore Rewards, which will be governed by the terms in force at the time of issue. New Customer Reward was switched off 19.04.26.Conditions apply to that $20 reward:a, reward is issued to the Member's account before completion of first purchaseb, reward is redeemable on the Member's immediate purchase following this i.e. used on Member's first purchase with Adore Beautyc, requires a minimum spend of $100 on purchase to be redeemed, online only (not at an Adore Beauty store)d, cannot be used on sale items; cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes or vouchers unless explicitly permitted by Adore Beauty;e, is not transferrable, redeemable for cash or credit, or valid for purchasing gift cards, andf, is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time

8. Second Purchase Reward

8.1 Application of Second Purchase RewardsMembers who make an eligible first purchase may receive a Second Purchase reward. (Previously, before 05.06.2026 first purchase minimum spend was $75+ or more after discounts and excluding shipping and ineligible items; prior to this, required spend was $85 before 02.04.2026). The type of reward issued will depend on when the Member qualified for the reward.
8.2 $15 Second Purchase Reward (issued before 12.02.2026)Where a Member qualified for a Second Purchase reward prior to 12.02.2026, the Member will receive a $15 Reward Voucher, which will be governed by the terms in force at the time of issue.That $15 Reward Voucher:a. is issued to the Member’s account following completion of the first eligible purchase;b. is redeemable only on the Member’s immediate next (second) purchase;c. is removed from the Member’s account if not redeemed on the second purchase; andd. will not carry over to any subsequent purchase.
8.3 20% Second Purchase Reward (issued on or after 12.02.2026)Where a Member qualifies for a Second Purchase reward on or after 12.02.2026, the Member will receive a 20% discount reward for use on their second purchase.That 20% Second Purchase Reward:a. is issued to the Member’s account three (3) days after completion of the first eligible purchase and after the order has been shipped;b. is redeemable only on the Member’s immediate next (second) purchase;c. is removed from the Member’s account if not redeemed on the second purchase; andd. will not carry over to any subsequent purchase.
8.4 Conditions applying to all Second Purchase RewardsAny Second Purchase Reward issued under this clause:a. requires a minimum spend of $30 on the second purchase to be redeemed;b. cannot be used on sale items;c. cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes or vouchers unless explicitly permitted by Adore Beauty;d. is not transferable, redeemable for cash or credit, or valid for purchasing gift cards; ande. is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

9. Redemption of Rewards

9.1 To redeem a Reward, the Member must be logged into their Adore Rewards account at the time of making a qualifying purchase through the Adore Beauty website or app, or present your loyalty account information to staff in-store.
9.2 Rewards will be applied proportionally across all eligible items in an order, based on each item’s share of the total order value, unless otherwise stated.
9.3 Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotional offers unless explicitly permitted by Adore Beauty.
9.4 Rewards may be used in conjunction with eligible third-party payment options, such as Afterpay, Klarna, or Zip, at the time of checkout and before the first instalment is processed.
9.5 Each Reward will have an expiry date as notified at the time of issue. Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated or extended. Adore Beauty may modify expiry periods for future Rewards, but the expiry period advised at the time of issue will apply to any existing Rewards.
9.6 Adore Beauty is not liable for a Member’s inability to redeem a Reward unless it is due to a system error or fault caused by Adore Beauty.
9.7 Each Reward is single-use and cannot be redeemed more than once.
9.8 Certain products, brands, or promotional items may be excluded from Reward redemption. Any exclusions will be clearly stated at checkout or on the relevant product or promotional page.
9.9 If a Member returns a product purchased using a Reward for reasons other than the product being faulty or not as described, the Reward used in the transaction will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.
9.10 If an exchange for the same or similar item is processed on the same day as the return, Adore Beauty may reinstate the Reward at its discretion. Otherwise, the Reward will be forfeited.

10. Refer a Friend (Give $20, Get $20) – currently unavailable

10.1 Members of Adore Rewards (each a ‘Referrer’) may refer friends, family members, or others who are not existing Adore Beauty customers or Adore Rewards members (‘Referred Customers’) to join the Adore Rewards using a unique referral code.
10.2 When a Referred Customer voluntarily signs up to the Adore Rewards using a valid referral code and completes a qualifying purchase of $99 or more, the Referred Customer will receive a $20 Reward to be applied to a future purchase of $99 or more.
10.3 Following a successful referral where the Referred Customer signs up and completes a qualifying purchase as described above, the Referrer will also receive a $20 Reward to be applied to a future purchase of $99 or more.
10.4 All referrals must be conducted on a personal, non-commercial basis. Referrers must not publish, sell, or distribute their referral codes in a manner that may be considered unsolicited or misleading, including on public coupon sites or in bulk messaging formats.
10.5 Referrers may refer up to 10 New Customers per calendar year, with a maximum Reward entitlement of $200 per calendar year under the Refer a Friend program.
10.6 The Referred Customer must reside in the same country as the Referrer and must not have held an Adore Beauty account or made a previous purchase from Adore Beauty.
10.7 A Referrer must not refer themselves or create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining Rewards. Adore Beauty reserves the right to withhold or revoke Rewards and close accounts found to be in breach of this clause.
10.8 Where a Reward has been applied to a purchase and that purchase is returned (in whole or in part), the amount eligible for refund will be limited to the amount paid in cash, in accordance with Adore Beauty’s refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and will not be refunded.
10.9 Adore Beauty will not disclose any personal information about a Referred Customer to the Referrer. This includes whether the Referred Customer has signed up or made a purchase. All Rewards will be allocated automatically, without revealing any identifying information.
10.10 Adore Beauty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral and may withhold or cancel any Reward where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected, or where the eligibility requirements have not been met.

11. Adore Rewards Events

11.1 From time to time, Adore Beauty may host events exclusively for Adore Rewards Members. Attendance may be free or subject to a ticket purchase, and participation is subject to these terms.
11.2 If a event is postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund of any tickets purchased. If a event is cancelled by Adore Beauty, you will receive a full refund for the ticket price paid. Refunds will also be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
11.3 Adore Beauty is not required to offer refunds where you are no longer able to attend or change your mind. However, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion if you request it within 7 days of purchasing the ticket and at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. To request a refund, contact our Customer Service Team at service@adorebeauty.com.au and provide proof of purchase and the reason for your request.
11.4 Adore Beauty may ask for further information to assess your refund request. If a discretionary refund is granted, we may retain any booking or transaction fees incurred, where permitted by law.
11.5 Where a refund is not legally required (for example, in the case of change of mind), Adore Beauty reserves the right to decline the request at its discretion, with or without providing reasons.

12. Termination and Transfer

12.1 Adore Beauty may suspend or terminate your Adore Rewards Membership and cancel any Rewards or benefits issued to you if it reasonably believes that:
·       You have breached these Terms and Conditions; or
·       Fraudulent or suspected fraudulent conduct has occurred in connection with your Adore Rewards account.
12.2 Adore Beauty may terminate the Adore Rewards Loyalty Program at any time by providing all Members with at least 30 days' prior written notice.
12.3 You may terminate your Adore Rewards Membership at any time by contacting the Adore Beauty Customer Service Team. Upon receiving your termination request, your account will be marked as closed in the Adore Beauty database and you will no longer be eligible to earn Rewards or receive Member benefits. 

13. Adore Beauty Privacy Notice

13.1 When you create a Member profile, Adore Beauty collects your personal information to administer the Adore Rewards program. This includes providing Rewards, managing your account, and sending marketing communications by email and SMS. These communications may include offers from Adore Beauty, as well as selected partners or affiliates. We may also use your personal information when you place an order and for the other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is managed in accordance with that policy.
13.2 If you do not provide the required personal information, we may be unable to offer you Rewards or may only be able to provide limited access to the benefits of the Adore Rewards program.
13.3 By registering for Adore Rewards, you consent to receiving emails and SMS messages from Adore Beauty relating to your membership. These communications may include updates about your Spend, Status, Rewards, promotions (including those from partners and affiliates), program updates, and other content relating to your membership. If you are an existing Adore Beauty customer, you acknowledge that joining Adore Rewards may result in re-subscribing you to email or SMS communications you had previously opted out of.
13.4 You may unsubscribe from Adore Rewards and/or other Adore Beauty marketing emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in an email or updating your preferences in your account wallet. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, gift card and voucher notifications. If you unsubscribe by contacting our Customer Service Team, please allow up to five business days for the request to be processed.
13.5 You may also manage your SMS communication preferences in your Member profile or wallet. Standard SMS charges may apply.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
14.2 Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia (Melbourne Registry), and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts on the basis that the forum is inconvenient.

15. Severability

15.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of Victoria, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions.
15.2 Where possible, the severed provision will be replaced with a lawful provision that most closely reflects the original intent of Adore Beauty.
15.3 The remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the severance of any unlawful provision.

16. Limitation of Liability

16.1 By joining the Adore Rewards Loyalty Program, each Member agrees that Adore Beauty, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Program, except where caused by an error in posting Spend Balances to Member accounts.
16.2 The Released Parties are not responsible for:
·       Loss, delay, or misdirection of any Membership application, correspondence, purchase information, or Reward notifications
·       Theft or unauthorised redemption of Spend Balances or Rewards caused by circumstances beyond Adore Beauty’s reasonable control
·       Any acts or omissions of third parties
·   Any errors in Program materials, including typographical errors or inaccuracies in the crediting or debiting of Spend Balances. Adore Beauty reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without notice.
16.3 Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, the Adore Rewards Program, including the website and all Rewards, are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not permit exclusions of implied warranties or limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations in this clause may not apply.
16.4 This Section 16 survives the termination of a Member’s participation in the Adore Rewards Loyalty Program.

17. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:
‘Adore Rewards’ or ‘Adore Rewards Loyalty Program’ means the rewards program operated by Adore Beauty that provides Members with access to Rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
‘Anniversary Date’ means the date the Member joined Adore Rewards.
‘Choose Your Gift’ means a periodic campaign allowing eligible Members to select a complimentary gift based on their Membership level.
‘Dollar’ or ‘$’ means Australian dollars, unless otherwise specified.
‘Joining Date’ means the calendar date the Member joined Adore Rewards.
‘Member’ means a person who holds a Membership in the Adore Rewards (referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’).
‘Member Emails’ means emails sent by Adore Beauty to a Member, including communications about Membership, the Adore Rewards Loyalty Program, offers, discounts, competitions and events.
‘Member Profile’ means the personal information and account details associated with a Member.
‘Membership’ means your participation in Adore Rewards.
‘Membership Fees’ means any fees that may be charged by Adore Beauty for Membership in Adore Rewards, as determined from time to time.
‘Membership Form’ means the online form that must be completed to become a Member.
‘New Customer’ means a person who is not an existing Member and has not previously made a purchase with Adore Beauty at the time of referral.
‘Products’ means any goods offered for sale on the Adore Beauty Website.
‘Qualifying Purchase’ means a purchase of Products made via the Website while logged in to an Adore Rewards account, excluding any orders that are cancelled or returned for a refund.
‘Referral’ means the process by which a current Member provides a unique referral code to a New Customer for use in joining the Adore Rewards. The terms ‘Refer’ and ‘Referred’ have corresponding meanings.
‘Referral Program’ means the program operated by Adore Beauty that provides Members with Rewards for Referring New Customers to the Adore Rewards, in accordance with clause 6.
‘Referred Customer’ has the meaning given in clause 6.1.
‘Referrer’ has the meaning given in clause 6.1.
‘Review Date’ means the Member’s Anniversary Date, or if the Member has changed Status, the date the Member most recently changed Status.
‘Rewards’ means the products, discounts, offers, competitions, activities, events or other benefits made available to Members from time to time.
‘Second Purchase’ means a promotional offer providing a reward voucher following a Member’s first qualifying purchase.
‘Spend’ means money spent on Qualifying Purchases made on the Adore Beauty Website.
‘Spend and Earn’ means a Member rewards program that provides vouchers based on cumulative spending.
‘Spend Balance’ means a Member’s net cumulative Spend, after applying any discounts or refunds, on valid purchases during the 12-month period following the Member’s Review Date.
‘Status’ means a Member’s tier or level within the Adore Rewards, determined in accordance with their Spend Balance and clause 4.12.
‘Terms and Conditions’ means these Terms and Conditions, as amended by Adore Beauty from time to time.
‘Website’ means www.adorebeauty.com.au or www.adorebeauty.co.nz, or any successor sites.
