Free standard delivery on orders over $75.
Free express shipping on all Australian orders over $125. Orders containing flammable items are restricted to standard shipping if delivered outside Victoria.
Level 3 Adore Rewards members receive free express shipping on orders over $75.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.

Important Information
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our delivery partners and may vary depending on your location.
Business days do not include weekends or Victorian public holidays.
Orders placed after daily dispatch cut-off times will be processed the next business day.
Orders containing flammable items may be restricted to Standard Shipping outside Victoria due to transport regulations.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, usually within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Look out for the subject line: ‘Your order has been shipped’.
The tracking number in your email links directly to the courier’s website so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All Adore Beauty orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means delivery partners can determine a safe location at your address to leave your parcel - no signature required.
A safe place is typically behind bins, near the front door, on a porch, or beside or inside a letterbox.
If the courier determines there is no suitable location, your parcel will be taken to the nearest HUBBED location for secure collection.
Collection
We offer HUBBED and P.O. Box as collection options.
With Collection, your parcel can be sent directly to a local HUBBED location or P.O. Box, including newsagents, convenience stores, petrol stations, and pharmacies. Many locations are open late, on weekends, and some are even open 24/7, so you can collect your order when it suits you.
At checkout, simply:
Go to the Collection tab (next to Delivery).
Enter your address in the search bar or P.O Box address.
Choose your preferred HUBBED location or P.O. Box from the list provided.
Your parcel will be delivered straight there, with no home delivery attempt required.
Click and Collect
We do not currently offer Click and Collect from Adore Beauty stores.
PO Box / Parcel Locker
We are now shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Please enter your P.O. Box address at checkout, or select Collection to have your parcel delivered to your chosen P.O. Box.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Service team for support.
