Shanthi is Head of Creative and Campaign Strategy for the 300+ brands at Adore Beauty and has been working in beauty for almost a decade. She is innately creative and loves all things that spark inspiration. Fashion, art, photography, music and dance are all go-to’s when she is in need of inspiration. And even though it is said that print media is dying, Shanthi is still one of those people who will stock up on monthly editions of Vogue, Marie Claire and Harper’s Bazaar. Because in her own words “There’s nothing more satisfying than curling up with a cup of tea and a four-page Mario Testino editorial.”

As one of Australia’s leading makeup artists, Ross Andrewartha has worked for several international beauty brands such as YSL Beauté & Giorgio Armani in a creative and artistic direction capacity, while leading the National Artistry team across both brands.

Ross’ distinctive passion and devotion for beauty and luxury stems from a young age - his mother, working in the beauty industry herself taught Ross about the power of makeup artistry.
