Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Adore Beauty Group Limited (ABN 78 636 138 988) of Level 7, 324 St Kilda Road, Southbank VIC 3006 (Adore Beauty).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have a valid Australian personal PayPal account that has been verified and is in good standing (including for example, that it is not restricted or limited in any way and does not have a negative balance) and meet PayPal Pay in 4 eligibility and suitability criteria.

Employees of Adore Beauty, its related entities, associated agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entrants may only enter in their own name. The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, and residency prior to awarding a prize. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 23 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) make a purchase on https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/ using PayPal Pay in 4 as the payment method; and

(b) ensure the purchase is successfully completed and not cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed.

Each eligible PayPal Pay in 4 transaction completed during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry relates to a separate eligible transaction.

Cancelled, refunded, chargeback, disputed, or failed Pay in 4 purchases are not eligible. Orders consisting solely of gift card purchases are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their PayPal Pay in 4 transaction meets PayPal’s eligibility criteria.

Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize Details

There are 20 prizes. Each prize is a $500 Adore Beauty digital gift voucher (total prize pool AUD $10,000).

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue and are subject to Adore Beauty Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen voucher codes will not be replaced.

6. Prize Draw and Notification

The draw will be conducted by Adore Beauty at Level 7, 324 St Kilda Road, Southbank VIC 3006 at 2:00pm AEDT on 3 December 2025.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an approved electronic random draw system.

Each winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw and will receive their prize electronically to the email address used for their PayPal transaction.

A list of winners (first initial, surname, and postcode) will be published on https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/ from 6 December 2025 and remain available for at least 28 days. By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may publish their details for regulatory and promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

Prizes are delivered electronically and are deemed received once the email containing the voucher code is sent to the winner’s email address. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or delivery issues outside its control.

If a prize email is undeliverable, or a prize otherwise remains unclaimed, a redraw will occur at 2:00pm AEDT on 17 January 2026 at Level 7, 324 St Kilda Road, Southbank VIC 3006.

Redraw winners’ details (first initial, surname, and postcode) will be published on https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/ within 30 days of the redraw and remain available for at least 28 days.

If a prize remains unclaimed after that time, it will be forfeited subject to applicable laws.

8. Use of Personal Information

Adore Beauty will collect entrants’ personal information (including name, email address, and transaction reference) for the purposes of administering this promotion, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, and publishing winner details.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Adore Beauty Privacy Policy at https://www.adorebeauty.com.au/cms/privacy.html.

Entrant information will not be shared with PayPal for marketing. Information may be shared with service providers who assist in administering the promotion.

Participation in the promotion does not sign entrants up to marketing unless they have separately opted in. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe facility in communications.

9. PayPal Pay in 4 Product Disclosures

PayPal Australia Pty Limited and PayPal Credit Pty Limited are not responsible for third party’s promotions and offers, including this promotion. The PayPal service is provided by PayPal Australia Pty Limited (ABN 93 111 195 389) which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence number 304962.

PayPal Pay in 4 is a continuing credit contract provided by PayPal Credit Pty Limited (ABN 66 600 629 258; Australian Credit Licence 568848) to Australian residents and is subject to eligibility criteria, credit application and suitability assessment. PayPal Pay in 4 is available on eligible transactions under AU$2,000 and application and use may impact a customer's credit score.

Please read and consider the PayPal Credit Guide before entering into the PayPal Pay in 4 Facility Agreement. PayPal may disclose your personal information to a credit reporting body. To find out more about PayPal’s credit reporting practices, please see the Statement of Notifiable Matters.

Winning a prize does not reduce, change, or affect any repayment obligations owed under the PayPal Pay in 4 Facility.

10. Publicity and Intellectual Property

In accepting a prize, each winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities requested by the Promoter. The winner grants the Promoter a non-exclusive licence to use any promotional content provided, in any media worldwide, without further compensation.

11. Technical Failures and Force Majeure

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, system errors, or network issues affecting participation in the promotion.

If any circumstance beyond the Promoter’s control affects the fair conduct of the promotion, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, subject to applicable laws and permit conditions.

12. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding.

13. Liability

Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and PayPal are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Permits and Record Keeping

This is a game of chance. The following permits apply:

The Promoter will retain the required records of entries and the prize draws for three years in accordance with regulatory requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and the laws of the state or territory in which the entrant resides.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those jurisdictions.

Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and a permit condition, the permit condition prevails.
