Adore Beauty Review Guidelines

At Adore we value your honest feedback and your reviews help other make the best beauty choices.

All reviews that meet our guidelines will be approved regardless of whether they are negative or positive
Some reviewers may have received their product as part of a promotion
All approved reviews are eligible for a $1 incentive payment to your Adore account
Customers can submit up to 19 reviews each month
Duplicated reviews are not allowed.

How to write a helpful review:

• Tell us your skin or hair type
• Tell us about your concerns
• Why you bought the product
• Does the product do what it says?
• Would you recommend it to others?

However, reviews will not be approved if they contain:

• Swearing
• Defamatory content
• Offensive language or content
• Personal attacks on an Adore Beauty team member
• Content that endangers people and/or privacy

In compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulation, we cannot provide remuneration (i.e. $1 store credit) for review on TGA listed and registered products.

Adore Beauty Acknowledges the Woiwurrung language group of the Eastern Kulin Nations as the Traditional Owners of the land our Customer Fulfillment Center and Head Office conduct our business operations on. We would like to extend that Acknowledgement and Respect to all First Nations People and Elders across Australia as our parcels travel across their land, air and water.
