This conditioner has made a huge difference to my dry frizzy hair. It is definitely softer and smoother. As my hair is pretty wild I'm used to using a lot of conditioner, but you do need to go easy on this or it will look greasy.Great heat protector

This has definitely improved my hair however it's still quite frizzy. I think it might take time to really improve it after bleaching recently. You get a good amount and it really detangles. Way better than other stuff I've tried recentlyGood

Crazy for this conditioner. It is just the best for my super coarse, thick, curly hair. It really keeps my hair soft for days and much less frizz. I have not been able to re-relax my hair due to quarantine, its been 9 months now, and if I use this conditioner I really don't even mind not relaxing it. Feels like I'm detoxing my hair. I received a sample of this, and used it all up in one go I was so taken with the delightful scent. It made my oily hair nice and soft as well. I still prefer the Ultime Elixir fondant, which seems to make my hair more manageable, but the Discipline fondant is also a great fondant from Kerastase.My new go-to
My hairdresser uses this, and I was always so in love with how it made My hair feel - so silky smooth, but lightweight. Keeps my wavy hair in check, frizzy free for a few days (until my next wash). Only annoyng thing is the cap is a screw top, not flip.Nourishing

I have very curly and dry hair, so this is perfect for my hair. I have to make sure, however, that I don’t put any near my roots as my hair becomes oily only after a day of washing. Definitely works wonders just on the roots though!Great conditioner, favourite
Leaves hair sleek and shiny, with no buildup. I usually have oily roots and this is light enough to keep my hair bouncy after styling. I wasn't able to use this for a few weeks when traveling and my hair was a disaster. I have frizzy and dry hair, this product is great for the frizz control but I feel like it doesn’t revive or make my hair shine. The frabgrance isn’t as great cause it doesn’t last long after you’ve dried your hair. Overall I’d say it’s worth a try, cause you never know. It might work for you. I'd originally been using this Keraste Conditioner and what an amazing conditioner. My hair is extremely thick and frizzy and does not respond well to any sort of humidity. This product makes it so easy to manage and keeps my hair manageable during humid days. Could not recommend more!Love

This is the best conditioner I have ever used.
My hair is dry and wavy, and I have a lot of it. (Tonnes of volume is a big problem).
Since using the Kerastase Discipline range at home my hair has calmed down and isn't dry any more.
