I was taking these for about 3 months before falling pregnant, and still taking them through my pregnancy. There are so many gross tablets out there so these are such a life saver when you're already nauseous. The vanilla scent and easy-glide gel coating are the best! Anecdotally, all my minerals and vitamins (especially iron) have come up really great on blood tests since taking these.
