With the intention of being fully transparent, I want to preface this article by saying, I too thought
Jane Iredale was a bit of an old lady brand.
But in saying that, I also thought the same about Clarins and now I’m obsessed with quite a few of their products (namely,
Clarins Beauty Flash Balm).
I previously came from a clinic background, and
Jane Iredale was
always on the shelves.
Why? Because the range is excellent for using on post-treatment skin – particularly the mineral powder.
So, how did
Jane Iredale Glow Time Pro BB Cream manage to rack up countless five-star reviews, and a cult following?

What’s Different About This BB Cream?
A hybrid between a tinted moisturiser and a foundation, this full coverage BB Cream not only provides a flawless finish, but boasts anti-ageing ingredients and sun protection too (all in a sensitive skin-friendly formula).
Ideal for normal to dry skin types (it gives a boost of hydration with a dewy finish)
Reduces the appearance of fine lines, uneven skin tone & enlarged pores
Glow Time instantly brightens & smooths the appearance of the skin
It is full coverage, but is comfortable & breathable on the skin
Features broad-spectrum physical SPF in the form of Titanium Dioxide
The formula is vegan, cruelty-free, non-comedogenic & hypoallergenic

What’s In It?
Jane Iredale is known in the clinic and surgery world for being gentle on the skin, so much so that it can be used on the skin post-procedure. The range contains anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial ingredients, and has been tested by dermatologists, with the goal of
benefitting the skin.
Grapefruit Extract: rich in vitamins and antioxidants, this ingredient helps to minimise breakouts and has skin-brightening properties.
Apple Fruit Extract: a soothing, hydrating antioxidant that can improve and protect against future sun damage. This extract can also have a toning effect on the skin, improving clarity.
Tamarind Extract: features naturally occurring AHAs, which help to clear away dead skin cells, improving overall skin texture.
The formula also contains protective Vitamin E, hydrating Glycerin and as I mentioned above, physical sunscreen with SPF25.
What’s The Verdict?
Full coverage
This BB cream is a great foundation base! it is full coverage and doesn't clog your pores! good for sensitive skin!

Best of the best
First impression was WOW. My facial therapist recommend this product over normal foundations as it is just as full coverage but has better ingredients. This is very thick which i enjoy and covers all my redness and breakouts with one layer. I will be stocking up on this product for sure.
