This is the best budget tubing mascara. Great for teens starting out and anyone with sensitive eyes. I highly recommend it and use it when I'm tight on funds or need a break from another brand I use (Hourglass tubing mascara as well). I like to change it up. It's a very dark black and coats easily to build up thickeness. Not a bad word to say about it.
