How to Choose the Right Skincare Routine

A good skincare routine doesn't need to be complicated to work. A well-chosen three or four-step routine, cleanser, moisturiser and SPF, can deliver results just as well as a longer one, provided each product suits your skin type and goals.

Apply products from thinnest to thickest texture for the best results: cleanser first, then any water-based serums or treatments, followed by a cream or gel moisturiser, and sunscreen to finish in the morning. Layering in this order gives each formula the best chance to absorb and work as intended, rather than sitting on top of a heavier product underneath it.
