I am very disappointed with this product. It arrived a few days after purchase. Before using it, I contacted Adore Beauty because I was concerned about the batch code (2220164) on the product and whether it was old, as I was unsure about it. They confirmed the product was new and recently received in 2025. I did not start using it immediately, as I waited after contacting Adore Beauty, and I began using it a couple of weeks after delivery. I used it consistently for less than 2 months until it was completely finished. During this time, I did not see any improvement in my eyebrow growth. I also noticed eyebrow hair shedding while using the product. Overall, the product did not meet my expectations and I am very disappointed with the results. I would not recommend it.

My eyelashes have been getting thinner as I get older (I'm 55). I didn't want to use an eyelash serum with chemicals as they're too risky for your eye health, so I bit the bullet & got this one when I had a voucher. I'm definitely having less eyelashes falling out, which means the lashes stay there for longer & grow more. My lashes are definitely noticeably longer after using it for 3 months. I sometimes forget/am too lazy to use every night but even using it 4 nights a week has worked. No eye irritation to my sensitive eyes.
