Not as good as expected
I've been used Kerastase blonde shampoo for last four years and after a friend recommended Aveda I thought I'd try it. As someone with thick and long blonde hair this shampoo does not seem to cleanse well enough. It still feels unwashed after using the shampoo, and the conditioner is not near as nourishing that colour treated hair requires. I like Aveda's other products so thought I'd try this one when I went full blonde. This feels much gentler, far less stripping/ drying than other blonde shampoos. It seems to tone just as well, but without the harshness. And it doesn't leave as much purple mess everywhere!
