Pretty disappointed in this moisturiser. It stings just a little on my sensitive skin, but mostly it just doesn't feel very moisturising. My skin feels very dry again a few hours later so I have to apply it again in the middle of the day, and it feels like it doesn't absorb very well. I will not purchase againIntense
This is very, very different from the standard Moisture Surge moisturiser. For a start, it is less silicon-y and lightweight, and is a much richer and creamier formulation. I actually prefer the Moisture Surge mask when my skin is feeling dry - this is too much like a thick, gluggy moisturiser for my liking. I had tried the Moisture Surge before and was disappointed that my dehydrated oily skin didn’t stay hydrated for more than a couple of hours. I received the Intense version as a sample and it was much better. It left my skin plump and moist.Must have!

I have oily/dehydrated skin and usually use hydrating serums/moisturisers that are oil free or mostly contain hyaluronic acid. I received this is a sample and it just wasn’t for me due to it feeling very dimethicony and not great for under makeup. Probably would be great for someone post skin treatment or that has sensitised skin.
