DIOR Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil is ideal for soft, blended lines, while the long-lasting formula ensures extended wear.
Create a glamorous, long-lasting look in the blink of an eye! Formulated with volatile silicones, this liner offers intense color, record wear and excellent water resistance. Beauty tip: For a natural look, draw a fine line along the lashes. For a doe-eyed look, accent the outside corners. The beveled foam tip blends and softens the line or creates a base to give eye shadow extra staying power.
Line the eyes in a series of small dabs, moving from the inner corner to the outer corner. Blend the line with the brush to soften or create a shaded effect.
