When my skin is still a little damp, I rub this all over my body, you don't need a lot and I find it better than any body oil or moisturiser. You can also leave it on for 5 minutes and gently rinse it off, but don't rub it off in the shower. Then once you towel dry your skin is left soft and silky. It's awesome!Good
