A.Hi Lucille, The EVO Ritual Salvation Conditioner isn't a leave in product and must be rinsed out after application. EVO do have a leave in conditioner called Day Of Grace Leave in Conditioner - which I've linked below. http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/evo/evo-day-of-grace-leave-in-conditioner.html
