Apply a small amount to a discreet area and check for any signs of irritation before regular use. Step 3. Apply a small amount of the toner to your hands or a cotton pad. Gently spread it over your face and neck, avoiding direct contact with your eyes. Step 4. Allow the toner to absorb into your skin before applying your next skincare product. Do not rinse off. Step 5. Follow with your preferred serums or treatments, then apply moisturiser to complete your skincare routine. In the morning, finish with sunscreen as the final step before makeup or sun exposure. Step 6.
