I found I had to apply this several times before it would remove my eye makeup (not waterproof). I also had to rub a bit (which is a no-no for an eye area) for it to work. In the end it felt a bit too drying and my eyes felt irritated so I would not re-purchase.The best!!
I have been using this product for the better part of my life. It is by far the best for removing eye makeup, especially my waterproof mascara.Not the best
I had to apply the product 4,5 times in order to remove my makeup fully. It also left my skin dry.good

This product suprises me. It can both remove long-wear makeup, even lip makeup, but still feels gentle. I don't need to use facial and lip & eye makeup remover separately after using this one. Will buy it again!does the job
had to put a lot of it to remove the waterproof makeup. but once i did it was good. didnt make my skin dry or was not harsh on my skin.Bit too expensive
I use a Clinique bi-phase makeup remover everyday and love it. I thought this would be comparable but it really isn't. I found this one to leave a greasy film on my skin and it wasn't quite as efficient as my Clinique one although the latter costs a fraction of this one. I will not repurchase.Nice Product
This product gently cleanses away make up and does not leave my skin feeling dry or tight after use. The price is a little high for what it is as there are many others similar on the market for much lower price.It does the job, but rather pricey
I found it did the job, but I don't think I can afford to buy it every time I run out. I have found drug-store products do a similar job for a fraction of the price.Lovely but Expensive
This is a lovely product that feels luxurious on my skin. It is effective in removing makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft. But, it is expensive and I have used less expensive products that work just as well.Ok but there are better products at that price
Effective and gentle but i find it does leave a slight residue. I prefer their other eye make up remover (not sure name, is milky colour and thicker texture). I think there after equally effective supermarket/pharmacy products so wouldn't purchase this again.love
I suffer from dry skin and this product keeps my skin very hydrated! I would recommend this to anyone! This is definitely slightly more expensive, but worth it for the great quality of removing make up.Removed makeup
This really gets everything off at the end of the day easily. I do however find it overpriced for what it is, and have found other more affordable products that work just as wellDoesn't leave any residue!
I was against any sort of micellar water's for such a long time due to the fact that they ALWAYS left my skin with some sort of residue on top.

I have used so many different brand of eye make up remover and I would recommend Lacome if budget is allowed. It's just very gentle and just remove all the eye make away so easily even waterproof mascara! amazing!Great!
Love this! This cleanses better than any other micellar water I’ve tried and I’ve tried them all. This is expensive compared to other products, but this effectively removes my full coverage makeup so I think it’s worth the price. My sensitive combo skin responds well to this. I wear contact lenses and have dry skin so it's been quite hard to find a makeup remover that doesn't irritate my eyes. I love it because its not super oily and removes all of my eye makeup, it's perfect for anyone who has sensitive eyes.
