Tried a sample pack and loved the flavour and consistency. You can taste the collagen which I think is important but I'm also a chocolate fiend so loved the strength of chocolate flavour. I was impressed with collagen content but unsure what the industry benchmark is, and as a one-off sample, I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product.
