I don’t have oily skin so perhaps this was the reason this product didn’t demonstrate what it can really do. I didn’t find it particularly helpful in extending my foundation life during the day, to be honest it probably hindered rather than helped. Better options for normal skin that would increase your foundation hours. However, for others with oily skin it appears to work great.Just as described

I don’t have oily skin , so potentially this wasn’t the best choice for me as I really couldn’t see any difference. If feels great and is smooth to apply, I just couldn’t see that is actually did much for me. The other Mac primer locks in makeup for longer. I found my foundation didn’t appear to last as long. I really love this primer a lot. I mainly use it under my eyes and I can see that it prevents my makeup from creasing underneath, which is normally caused from a lot of skincare products underneath my makeup. It is a truly mattefying primer!Pretty good
I really like this primer. I find it keeps my makeup in place pretty well, however even when using an oil-free moisturiser underneath this, I can still end up with a bit of a sheen on my t-zone after several hours, but using this primer is the closest I've come to shine free (and I've tried a lot of primers before this one!)Works

I love this primer! I received a sample of it, and it was so good I had to buy the full size, combined with benefit porefessional, this combo is so good for controlling oil and ensuring my foundation stays in placeImpressed
I received a tester of this and used it on a 30 degree day for an outdoor event. I popped it on over my spf which can leave me quite shiny. I then followed with my IT Cosmetics CC foundation. My makeup went on beautifully and lasted all day. I have since purchased the full sized product.Smooth!
I'm not an overly oily person that usually needs shine control specific products so I wasn't sure how this would go. It is amazing. It's not drying, which I've always thought 'mattifying' products are. It calms down my T zone and it gives my skin such an even, almost poreless finish.
