This curler is lovely to sleep on, so soft and feels very well made. The product is great, the reason for the low rating is that it did not work for my hair. I have medium length (past my shoulders), fine hair and this curler did not work for me at all. I tried it with wet hair, dry hair, products and no products and nothing worked for me.
