I have been using this toner for about ten months, and really like it. I use it after cleansing (except if I have used an exfoliating cleanser, or used an acid mask in the last few days). It's a really nice way to to prep my skin for whatever I am going to put on next, be it a retinol in the evening or vitamin c in the mornings.
Effects wise - using this toner has helped minimise my pores, as well as helped clear up some stubborn blackheads. It's really easy to use - it's a liquid, so I just tip some onto a cotton pad and wipe it over my face. It doesn't have a strong smell, and never makes my skin red or tight.
I wanted to love this product, but I just didn't. The texture is unpleasant - it's a little bit grainy and doesn't fully sink into my skin. I wouldn't buy again as I think there are lots of other much nicer vitamin c products out there (albeit which cost a bit more).
I really like this product. I have been using it a few times a week for about eight months. The packaging is nice, and it's easy to use (that is, it's easy to get the product out, and to control how much product you get).
The product itself is lovely - it's a pretty light blue colour, and I like the smell (I did notice another reviewer said they hate the smell, but I really like it! And in any case it doesn't linger once you put the product on).
This serum has a noticeable effect on my skin - it's quite hydrating, and helps with any redness. The product absorbs quickly and fully, and my skin feels really soft after I use it. I usually use it in the morning after cleansing, followed by moisturiser and sunblock (or just sunblock).
